Tourism's moral guardian — World Committee on Tourism Ethics

The World Trade Organization’s World Committee on Tourism Ethics (WOTE) met for the first time since its constitution was instituted in August 2013. The inaugural meeting of this new institution agreed to a four year action plan to combat poaching of animals by safari tourists, trafficking of children involved in the tourism industry and accessible tourism for the poor.
