State of the Industry Survey

Destination Marketing Association International (DMAI), along with its research partner InterVISTAS Consulting, is conducting an unprecedented DMO State of the Industry Study. This milestone piece of research will provide critical information on DMO sales performance, online marketing measurement and more -- essential intelligence for DMOs to make actionable and intelligent sales and marketing decisions while measuring and improving performance. 

We believe in the individual and collective power of destination marketing organizations - and need you to contribute your voice to this ground-breaking effort. 

Click the link below to complete the survey or forward it to the appropriate person in your organization. Each organization will be given a unique set of login information for the survey. If you do not have a login, please contact Jim McCaul, Content Manager, at jmccaul@destinationmarketing.org. Note that you are able to re-enter the survey at any time, so you move forward with the survey and come back to answer questions that may require additional research.

Your responses are confidential and will be used only in aggregate to develop the State of the Industry report. At the same time, we ask that you provide permission for us to use the very same data (anonymously) for Destination Arena to create a DMO executive dashboard. In return, you will receive free access to the industry average section of the Destination Arena dashboard.
