Sales Academy II differs from Sales Academy I as participants engage in the session using their developed sales skills. In this dynamic, the best practices exchange is more strategic and refined to meet the elevated stakes of the unique value proposition of the DMO to meeting planners and diverse stakeholder groups.

Who Should Attend
In order for all participants to benefit from colleague sharing and to advance knowledge and skills, please register for the correct level workshop.
- Sales Academy I: Little to no sales experience and not a lot of experience in the DMO industry with decision-makers to influence and/or to secure business.
- Sales Academy II: At least five years’ sales experience within or outside of the DMO industry and a good working knowledge of the DMO industry.
Sales Academy I & II workshops cannot be taken back-to-back as the attendee profile is different.
