Sales Academy I offers key knowledge sharing and application for emerging sales professionals facilitated in an environment that positions the unique value proposition of the DMO to its diverse stakeholder groups with an emphasis on the meeting planner’s perspective.

Who Should Attend
In order for all participants to benefit from colleague sharing and to advance knowledge and skills, please register for the correct level workshop.
- Sales Academy I: Little to no sales experience and not a lot of experience in the DMO industry with decision-makers to influence and/or to secure business.
- Sales Academy II: At least five years’ sales experience within or outside of the DMO industry and a good working knowledge of the DMO industry.
Sales Academy I & II workshops cannot be taken back-to-back as attendee profile is different.
