Only fifteen minutes from downtown Indianapolis, the Indianapolis International Airport recently opened its new Col. H. Weir Cook terminal which boasts streamlined check-in and security screening areas, 96 ticket counters, 10 moving sidewalks, and a 5,900-space parking garage.  Served by 11 airlines, the airport offers approximately 39 daily non-stop flights with additional service to more than 100 locations.

The city’s public transportation service, IndyGo, offers direct airport to downtown service via its Route 8 for as little as US$1.75 one way.  Taxi fare from the Indianapolis International Airport ranges from US$20-25, and direct shuttle to and from the airport averages US$7 each way.
