President - DMO Division, Miles
David is responsible for managing all aspects of services for the $40+ million DMO division at Miles. During his tenure at Miles he has led the company in a fundamental shift from traditional to digitally centered marketing services including online media.
David has helped evolve Miles into the industry leader in marketing destinations and was instrumental in developing the company’s internal strategy of utilizing interdisciplinary teams to handle groups of non-competitive clients.
He and his 170-person team execute programs with broader reach to more effectively market destinations, currently working with Brand USA and more than 15 states and 42 regional DMOs. David is an active member of the Board of Directors for the U.S. Travel Association and also serves on the Travel Effect Advisory Committee.
