Three things that are always in your suitcase: Books/magazines, chargers for phone & camera, Birkenstocks

Best travel tip: 1. Sign up for the airline travel alerts for their weekly special fares that are emailed on Tuesdays. 2. Only book flights on Tuesday/Wednesday when the airfare is lowest. 3. When searching for flights, always clear out your cache/history so the websites don’t recognize you and keep raising the rates every time you do a search.

Aisle or window: Window so I can look out at the sky with a bird’s eye view; and have a place to lean against while sleeping.

Planes, trains or automobiles: ALL! It’s exciting to be in an airport and wonder where everyone is flying off to and the fact that you can be thousands of miles away in a few hours is neat. Just as airports are exciting, so are train stations. Sitting back in a train seat is a great way to see the countryside go by without having to do the driving and deal with traffic. Automobiles are a great way to see everything while making stops at your own leisure.

What do you do with your free time: Reading, writing about my travels, skiing, biking, exploring, sleeping on the beach. Of course just hanging out in my hometown with my friends and family is always my favorite.

Favorite quote: Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you’ve imagined. - Thoreau

If you could have a super power, what would it be: To fly! I love having a bird’s eye view of everything (see #4).

Three most commonly used apps on your phone: WTMD (radio station I used to work for in Baltimore) I need my music!! Camera, Words with Friends (I still have yet to win a game against my mom), DC Metro App.
